宿泊施設の場所、設備は申し分ない。 location and facilities are great.

I write in Japanese, because I want to inform my trouble the other Japanese customer. It is about the remittance from outside of euro bank system. 25%の予約金を送金する際、ユーロ銀行システム以外の国からの送金についてホテル側銀行が口座入金、受取手数料を設定していることを- ホテル側が知らない。この手数料をホテル側が支払わないため送金金額から差し引かれ入金される。ホテル側は数字のみの確認しかしていないようで、入金な- しと言い張る。日本から銀行経由でポルトガルまで調査するのに結構な費用がかかった。ようやく入金が確認されたが、返金時の送金手数料を差し引かれた。- ここに至るのに2ヶ月以上かかった。送金の前に宿泊予約金の受け取り手数料を誰が支払うのか決めてからにしないとあとが実に不愉快である。
